Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NaVette Bio, Inc. (“NaVette Bio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with our website at navette.bio (the “Site”).

We built this Site to collect as little as possible. We do not use cookies, we do not run advertising, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell your information.

Information We Collect

Information you give us through the contact form. If you fill out the contact form on the Site, we collect the name, email address, and any message you choose to provide. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

We do not collect any other personal information. There are no user accounts, no logins, and no cookies.

Anonymous usage statistics. We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how the Site is used in aggregate (for example, how many people visit a page). Umami is cookieless and does not collect personal information or track you across websites. It does not identify you.

How Your Information Is Handled

Contact form. Submissions from the contact form are processed on our behalf by Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), which receives your submission and delivers it to us by email. Formspree processes this data as our service provider; see Formspree’s privacy policy at https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy/ for details of their practices.

We use your contact-form information solely to reply to you and, where relevant, to follow up about the subject of your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing lists or share it with anyone other than the service provider named above.

How Long We Keep It

We keep contact-form inquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and to maintain a record of our correspondence, after which we delete them periodically. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your Choices and Rights” below).

Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us at info@navette.bio to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you,
  • request a copy of it,
  • ask us to correct or delete it, or
  • ask us to stop using it.

We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR (and UK GDPR), including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. Our lawful basis for processing contact-form information is your submission of the form and our legitimate interest in responding to you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Children

The Site is intended for a professional and business audience. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Location

We are based in the United States, and information submitted through the Site may be processed in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed there.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
